I allow the relaxation to come into the soles of both of my feet at the same time. I feel my feet relax. I let the relaxing sensation move up my legs into my ankles, letting my muscles and bones relax. The relaxing energy moves up my legs into my calves, relaxing them, and then up through my knees into my thighs. I allow my legs to totally relax, and then let the energy move up into my hips, relaxing my hips. And my legs and hips are totally relaxed. Now I let the relaxing power move up my spine, and a warm feeling of energy moves up my spine as it relaxes the muscles of my back. The energy moves into my shoulders, and I allow my shoulders to relax. The energy now moves down my arms, and into my hands, relaxing my upper arms, forearms, and hands. Now the energy moves up my neck, relaxing the muscles in my neck and up my head, into my scalp and my head and scalp are relaxed. The energy moves down over my forehead, and into my jaw, and I am totally relaxed.
