The best time to do this meditation is just on waking in the morning, before getting out of bed and just before falling asleep in the evening.
Golden Light Meditation
I lie down, as I am lying down in my bed, on my back. I keep my eyes closed. When I breathe in, I visualize the great light entering from my head into my body, as if a sun has just risen close to my head, and going, going, going, deep, deep, and going out through my toes.
As I breathe out, I visualize darkness entering through my toes, coming up, and going out through my head. I do slow, deep breathing, so I can visualize. I go very slowly.
Breathing in, I let Golden Light come into me through my head, because it is there that the Golden Flower is waiting. The Golden Light will help. It cleanses my whole body and makes it absolutely full of creativity. This is male energy.
When I exhale, I let darkness, the darkest I can conceive, like a dark night, riverlike, come in from my toes upwards . This is feminine energy. It soothes me. It makes me receptive. It calms me. It gives me rest. I let it go out of my head. I then inhale again and Golden Light enters in.
I do this for twenty minutes early in the morning.
And I do this when I am going back to sleep, in the night. I lie down on the bed and relax for a few minutes. When I start feeling like I am wavering between sleep and waking, just in that middle, I start the process again and continue for twenty minutes. If I fall asleep doing it, it is best because the impact will remain in the subconscious and will go on working.
Additional Information:
After a three-month period you will be surprised: the energy that was constantly gathering at the Muladhar (Root Chakra), at the lowest, the sex center, is no longer gathering there. It is going upwards.
